-Now Open Kids craft studio Rose’s Inspiration Station is now open inside of the Piedmont Place.
-Raising Our Voice An online petition is circulating to tell the Board of Supervisors to deny the Montclair rezoning until Crozet has the basic infrastructure it has been promised.

-Environmental Matters Neighbors in Orchard Acres are urgently working to protect both a stream and a surrounding wetland in their community. Due to a well-known loophole in the County’s water protection ordinance, a portion of the wetland has already been cleared of trees and a section of the stream has been piped (see arrow) to prepare the land for residential development. The public will have an opportunity to speak directly to the Board of Supervisors at their February 21st meeting.
